Charles Lamar Mack was born to Richard Mack and Clara Johnson September 6, 1947, at Robert B. Green Hospital, San Antonio, TX. Both parents preceded him in death. He was baptized in his early years at Friendship Baptist Church, San Antonio, TX. Charles graduated from Edgewood High School San Antonio. TX in 1964 and immediately attended St. Phillips College San Antonio, TX. He graduated from there in 1966 with an associate degree in government. After graduation he relocated to Rialto California where he joined the Peace Corp. He then relocated to Trenton NJ and began his career with the Federal Government.
While in Trenton he met the love of his life The Patricia Ann James whom he married on February 28, 1986.
Charles was the type of person that would always light up a room. He brought the best out of you with his witty humor and infectious laugh. Charles was very caring. He always remembered your special days and occasions by sending gifts or just sending a happy greeting. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughter Stacy Lynn Bell, Los Angeles, CA, a bonus daughter Chimene “Mindy” White, Trenton, NJ, 7 siblings Leodre Bell(deceased)husband Joseph Bell, Rialto, CA., Arthur Mckinnley (Diane) Portugal, Eric E. Mack (Maria) San Antonio, TX., Roy A. Mack, Tanzania, Africa, Agenette Mckinnley and Barry C. Mckinnley San Antonio, Tx. Grandchildren Thomas Frazor III, Jayonne Warren, William White & Michael White. God Children Tyra Jenkins, Jason Bishop, and Dana Bishop. And host nieces, nephews, and friends especially the Moreland Avenue crew with whom he hung out with.
